Carmen is a 3yo girl which the shelter reports as being “good with most dogs”. She has dry eye, is very thin and sure to have other veterinary needs. Her time is very limited so we’re working with the Orange Coast and Golden State Bull Terrier Clubs to find a foster spot for this girl. Her ideal spot will be one where she’s the only dog or one where she could be separated from the resident dogs while she decompresses.
