Luna will require an experienced and very confident leader for a fosterer/adopter as we are working to unwind some very aversive training methods employed at her former home (these were recommended by a trainer). We are also working on her extreme mouthiness when she gets excited (she nipped a potential adopter in the ear during play which required three stitches). She’s a 30lb, 3yo Bull Terrier Luna is good with dogs on a short-term basis but unknown with cats. A quiet adult only home would be ideal as the 11yo son in her former family was playing and making very high pitched sounds when Luna ran and nipped the friend in the thigh. She is leash, crate and house trained. Since she be overstimulated while playing with other dogs, she will need to be the only pet in her new home.
