Oscar is a very sweet guy who just wants to please you.  He is about 3-4 years old; and he weighs about 50lbs. This affectionate guy loves to crawl on your lap for cuddles and laps. He is such a happy guy – he loves to bark at people during his walks but only to invite them over for them to pet him. He has been good with meeting our female dogs and he is polite with dogs during our walks. In his former home, he has bitten two bull dogs – even though the bites were minor, he is not to return to the city of Oakland.
